The city of Piqua has a compost facility that will take "clean fill" which
consists of dirt, rock, bricks, concrete, blacktop, brush and trees. The
facility is open through the street department at 859 South Main Street
(778-2095). This is where you should stop and pay and receive a voucher to dump
or buy compost or mulch. The cost is $10 for a pickup truck or trailer, $25 for
a dump truck or $50 for a tandem axle dump truck.
